Botolph's Barn

The Botolph's Barn exhibition is open to members of the public at the following times

For security reasons the Barn is kept locked at all times, but the key is available during the week and on Saturdays from the Annakinn art shop on West Street Helpston, near the Post Office, and on Sunday from the neighbouring Exeter Arms.

At all other times the Barn can be booked for meetings by members of the local community and by commercial organisations.

The upstairs meeting is ideal for round table meetings for up to 16 people or for talks/seminars for a seated audience of up to 40. The downstairs room is more suited to smaller meetings and can comfortably seat 10 people around a table.

The Barn is fully equipped with a telephone, wireless broadband system, two PCs, a networked colour printer and a wireless projector and screen.

There is a small fully equipped kitchen with a convection oven, fridge and dish washer as well as facilities for making tea and coffee. The neighbouring Exeter Arms can provide additional refreshments including lunches in the pub or buffets, if booked in advance, in the Barn. The Barn has off-road parking. It also has a disabled access toilet.

Charges for using the Barn in 2006 are as follows

Community use (for individuals or recognised community groups)

£4 an hour

Commercial use (all corporate organisations)

£20 an hour
£70 half day (up to 4 hours)
£120 full day (up to 7 hours)

(The Barn is not normally available for commercial bookings for more than two full days in any one a week, nor at the weekend)

To check the availability of the Barn, view the current bookings calendar, or contact Barbara Teat, Botolph's Barn Manager on 01733 252960 or by email on info@botolphsbarn.org.uk
